Did you know that the upgrade edition of the Vista (SP1) can be installed on a “clean” hard drive (or a computer without Windows XP or 2000 already on it). The loophole allows tech-savvy users to save up to US$110 by purchasing a DVD upgrade of Vista SP1, rather than the full retail one.

Providing you actually want to purschase Vista…..
